We are governed by an experienced board of trustees with backgrounds in aviation, business, and charitable leadership. All decisions — including how scholarships are awarded — are made independently and in line with our constitution and grant-making policy.

Helping Dreams Take Flight is registered as a Foundation Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in England and Wales. This structure allows us to operate independently and ensures we are regulated by the Charity Commission.
